  • No refunds for color variations due to lighting differences.

  •  Incase of damage/return/missing items please share proper unboxing video 📸 proofs. Else your claim might not be entertained.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD available across Pakistan with a Rs 250 delivery charge per KG.

  • Customers must confirm or cancel their order on the confirmation call before dispatch.

  • COD parcels take 4-5 working days to deliver.

  • No refunds on delivery charges in case of returns.

  • Customers must pay before checking the parcel.
