How can I place an order?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank  transfer.

Orders usually take 4-5 working days to be delivered.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email.

Orders can only be canceled before confirmation. Once confirmed, cancellation is not possible.

  • Complaints regarding product quality or damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • Proper unboxing video 📸 proof is required to process any return or exchange claims.

  • We do not offer refunds for color variations due to lighting differences.
