1. General Terms

  • WAB Decor reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payments

    • Orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

    • Payment must be made in full before dispatch, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

    • For COD orders:

      • A Rs 250 delivery charge per KG applies.

      • Customers must confirm the order before dispatch.

      • Orders take 4-5 working days to be delivered.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan via courier services.

  • Estimated delivery times are 4-5 working days but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

  • Customers must pay before checking the parcel upon delivery.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If the parcel is refused by the consignee. The advance amount will be refunded after deducting delivery and return charges. The advance amount will be refunded within 15 days after we receive your returned parcel.
  • Your advance amount will be fully refunded in case your parcel is not delivered to you after *15 days of dispatching the order (excluding courier delays or other unfortunate/uncomfortable situations)
  •  Change of mind regarding the order by consignee after dispatching the order will not be approved.

  • Quality complaints must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product with proof.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided if the complaint meets our policy guidelines.

  • No refunds for slight color variations due to lighting differences.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

  • We are not responsible for product-related injuries (e.g., choking hazards).

  • Incase of damage/return/missing items please share proper unboxing video 📸 proofs. Else your claim might not be entertained.

5. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but minor variations may occur.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Discounts and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may be modified.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
